Just to update you all on things so far.

We have now paid a holding deposit of £500 and now need to push ahead with collecting in a commitment deposit from all who intend to travel - players and tourists - this is going to be £75 and must be paid by Sunday 20th of September. This is just under a month away, but must be collected sooner rather than at the end of these three weeks.

I would like some help to get the Tour Program up and running. Can someone do me a form for Player Profiles? It needs to include: Name, Nickname, Height, Weight, Position, Best Rugby Moment, Rugby Hero, etc etc. The idea is then to print 1000 of these programs to sell wherever you can for 1-2 quid each. We also need sponsors to go inside (a quarter page add for £50 or so). I will try to get letters form Buckingham Palace and Downing street wishing us well on our tour and also from the bosses at Bristol RFC.

We also need more people reading this blog: It's an excellent idea, but needs to be made more use of.

Time will soon move fast, so we must keep on top of things.
